Our Adjustable OC and flashlight pouch adjusts from both the top and the bottom. The pouch lid and bottom adjusts to hold a three or six ounce mace canister flashlights from 4-8 inches in length as well as a tourniquet. The Elastic sides keep the pouch nice and tight when items are enclosed within. Manufactured in Oceanside, Ca with USA fabrics.
